In 1985, Dr. Mary Stewart-Pellegrini created the Stewart Management Group with one idea -- if you treat employees as your greatest equity (value) and approach management issues with equity (fairness) then you will increase your equity (net worth). Keeping this vision in mind, Dr. Stewart-Pellegrini has created a highly-regarded consulting firm, committed to helping clients create environments in which employees at every level contribute to the organization's success.

Our team includes senior associates and associates, all of whom are experts in leadership and organizational development. Our associates have gained their practical knowledge as professionals in the corporate world. Building on the skills of our consultants and the vision of our founder, SMG collaborates with its clients to solve a variety of organizational issues.
